Purpose

Permanent Funding for Democratic Leadership

Our Mission

The ADAFP Endowment Fund (AENF) mobilises, stewards, and deploys philanthropic capital to fund ADAFP's mission in perpetuity, ensuring long-term independence and democratic permanence.

Why an Endowment?

ADAFP requires sustained, independent funding that responds to continental needs, not donor agendas. An endowment provides EUR 2–5 million annually without touching principal.

Structure

Governed with Independence & Accountability

Executive Board

Three ex-officio members provide strategic direction and operational oversight:

  • ADAFP President (Chair)
  • ADAFP Secretary-General (Operations)
  • ADAFP Treasurer (Finance)

Board of Trustees

7–11 independent members provide fiduciary oversight and strategic counsel:

  • ADAFP Board members (3–5)
  • Philanthropic & financial experts (2–3)
